8老师，请问下面的情况是在美加边境先申请TN好， 还是直接递交申请到USCIS的processing center直接申请NIW并办理premium processing? 多谢！
1. 本人加籍， 人在加拿大， 行业20+经验， 其中Manager近十年， 本科国内电子工程专业， 行业管理研究生在读， 行业最高级技术认证。
2. 正在谈的单位在湾区， 非盈利机构， 职位跟现职差不多， 单位也一摸一样。但感觉对方不会Sponsor， 考虑到孩子已经19岁， 怕两年办不完移民， 想直接加速办理NIW。如果只能按部就班先办TN再转NIW，就不太想接这个offer了。
-TN application is irrelevant to NIW. You need TN to work. NIW has about 5 to 6 years of 排期. so you still need to wait for 5 to 6 years to file I-485 even if you get your NIW I-140 approved quickly using premium processing. So, don't waste your money to use premium processing for your NIW I-140. Also, the sooner your I-140 is approved, the shorter your kid's CSPA age is, which will result in your kid age-out quickly before your I-140 priority date is current.
You may apply for TN to work and file NIW I-140 as soon as possible.
