我是5月初申请的， 很快收到回信说可以用以前的指纹， 之后就没有消息了。
大概要等多久能收到permit？

-The processing time is about 14 months.
如果我现在回国， 8月份可以拿着他们给我发的有关打指纹的信+绿卡进入美国吗？

-Yes. Also bring the I-131 Receipt Notice with you.
