二个月前，我儿子收到了打指纹的预约信，但是收到信的时候预约的时间已过。

我儿子有跟USCIS联系，要求Reschedule. 现在己过去两个多月，我儿子也打过三次电话，但是还没有安排重新预约。我们还可以做其他事情吗？还有其他办法吗可以让USCIS尽快重新预约吗？

-Nothing you can do. Your son may call USCIS again by speaking to a live representative.

If he receives the appointment after due date again, just go to the ASC to conduct it. Normally, the ASC accepts you to do the biometrics within 3 to 4 days or even more days after the appointment expiration if you have a regular reasonable excuse.
