要等绿卡配额排到了才能批，还是交了485就行？

-Not related to 排期. USCIS will process your I-131 once you file it.

可以交了申请后就回中国，让在美国的亲人收到回美证后邮寄到中国吗？非常感谢8老师不吝赐教！

-No. You need to wait for the advance parole is approved, and then you can leave US. If you leave US before the I-131 application is appoved, your I-485 will be void.
