好像2011年起所有新房都要有fire sprinkler system吗？

Year built写成2008，是不是就可以作为没有fire sprinkler system的借口吗？

但是loan document里面的Year built为什么又是2013年呢？

查了查，Year built is the year至少有1半房子已经竖起来了。
