To all these who want to stay...

Pals ang Gals,

It is very understandable people tend to migrate to a better living place. This is why america has achieved so much today.

As you wish to become chinese americans or canadians, please try to live a american or canadian life while keeping your traditions like many other peoples do.

Besides telling people in China, what car you are driving, how big is your house, how much you make, please tell them how much you know america, how wonderful is the city where you live, how you can show them around the local bars, clubs, tell them the history of the city, tell them how much you love the stars on the local sports teams, tell them of your opinions on the US domestic and foreign policies, tell them of your idea on the congress representatives from your area, tell them how many friends you have other than your chinese buddies, tell them the fashion trend in the US, tell them of how many times you do your facials, tell them about the arts, musicals, plays you watched, tell them what they should order, how to choose wines while in a western style restaurant, what are the differences in specialty coffees......

Please bear in mind, don't live a chinese life in the US: office, home, chinese restaurants or homes of your chinese friends or chinese grocery stores, chinese movies or tv series, always deemed a foreigner because of the way you speak english and little knowledge of the shared culture.

If you decide to stay, please help improve the images of Chinese in the US. Next time, when a chinese charactor appears in a movie, I want to see someone different from the those in "Crash".
