Didn't GOP attack Obama for "forcing people buy insurance"?

How are they promoting universal healthcare?

As a matter of fact, Hillary, Bill, and Obama all tried with universal healthcare, but were killed and about to be killed by Republicans.

Healthcare and tax system are two biggest issues I have with US, and healthcare is even more dissatisfying.
