听听美国人怎莫说吧,看起来美国不行啦
In a letter of responding to a university’s survey why he didn’t renew his Alumni Association Membership, this American wrote:
To whom this may concern:
The reason I am not renewing is simple: my career has been outsourced leaving my family near destitute and I can no longer afford the $$ membership. Maybe this should be researched and an article written in the Alumni magazine: how many of our university graduates are discovering their XXX University degrees are worthless due to outsourcing and insourcing of foreign replacements into the United States. My degree is BSEE (Electrical Engineering). I later on continued my education and received an MSEE while working in my field in California. I was designing Network Equipment, specifically switchers and routers. But things have changed in California and us Americans are (excuse the language) being shafted with foreigners taking over our jobs and cities with the blessings of our elected officials. I included cities because American kids are now the MINORITY in Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, etc. Back in the early eighties these same cities exemplified what was the best in the US and were paradigms on how other cities should be organized and run. As for myself, I lost my job, career, and house eventually recognizing the futility of the situation and have left California with my family for a less expensive local to rebuild our lives. (Interestingly, I do not know of a single Chinese or Indian co-worker who lost their jobs while us Americans, excuse the pun, were lined up against the wall and shot.)
Regards,
XXXX
P.S. And why is it that the Alumni organization never seems to notice that even Professorships at XXX University are being given over to foreigners? The reason for XXX University is to educate Americans and allow us to create and maintain a high level civilization. Check out the roster of professors in the School of Engineering. It is now almost entirely foreign; I remember only one foreign professor on staff while I attended the school.
