You think Americans are responsible?  They may be responsible for themselves but not for others - the whole country runs a giant ponzi scheme to live off borrowed money and will never be able to repay; they intrude and control and kill people in mid-east; they never feel China helped them out of the 2008 recession.  They never realize how the poor Chinese workers make their life affordable through Walmart.  They only worry that China is growing into their competitior for world resources and factory jobs.
