HELP! (My wife is pregnant, can she pass the health exam without

My wife got a job offer in China that requires her to pass a physical exam (includes X Ray). She is pregnant, so we definitely can't let her take the X-Ray.

Anybody has any information regarding this situation? Would they pass her without the X-Ray?
