Six of them are first authored. The other one has only three authors. However, it is far far from the requirements of assistant prof. You cannot imagine how competitive of our field. Two postdocs are minimum requirement to get a faculty position, except a genius every ten years.

What concerns me is that how much I can ask for salary, housing, funding....
