I know several ABC or almost ABC (came to US at 4~8 years old) found jobs in China.

It's not a surprise. More than 1 million foreigners are working in China. Those ABCs are easier than other who don't speak any Chinese, don't have any relatives in China, and don't know much about China or Chinese.
