i mentioned here is not 富人区。

但是在传统上的富人去买最小的房子，虽有投资意义，但如果自主的话，各种其他问题很多，尤其有小孩的话。
imgine conversation:
A: where do you live?
M: xxx
A: oh, THAT HOUSE :-)
M: blush
弯曲富人区房子无论多小，都做不到cash-flow.所以不能纯粹投资房。
