that is the reason i have so much personal attachment

with this paticular house.
however, as i said, 1. it seems a good investment opportunity right now. those houses dropped 40%+
2. we've never lived in big house, always under 2000.
3. because i didnt cash out on my equity, i cant buy big house without selling this one.
