The kid has a USA passport or not

If the kid has a US passport and s/he was born in a town (Kansas?) in USA, then here are my suggestions.

1. Contact the local office of the Senator or Congressman/woman in Kansas (where the kid was born or issued a passport..), and ask the Senator/Congressman to contact the Department of the State http://www.state.gov/ or the Mrs. Clinton, Secretary Clinton -- a USA citizen died by .....in China and need help....
2. Send the article to all local newspapers, TV station, Radio station with the kid's photos (Kansas) and a title "A Native Kansas Girl/Boy died in Chinese Hospital.... medical accident..."
3. Strategy -- Target/presrure on the local hospital or the local goverments in China, NOT the central Gov......
4. At the same time -- you can file a lawsuit against the doctor and hospital in China..
5. With all those pressures and the media coverages, even the local hospital or the local goverments in China want to cover it up with the corrupation, some may need to think about the twice. In this way, we should give the justice to this little kid.

Remember in China: the power is more important than the legal justice system. Only when those local officials feel the pressure of the power, then you can get the fairness or the justice, otherwise, they don't care about anything.
