what the hospital did wrong?

1) they should check with the parents for the history of allergy of that boy before they start the antibiotic. I assumed that they gave antibiotic because they said the boy had infection.
2) they should have patient stay in hospital for at least 30minutes after finishing the antibiotic infusion.
3) once the boy was sent to hospital with anaphylactic symptom, they should have doctor there and give epi very quick.
