I totally agree. His lack of flexbility and desire

to try out in HK is the biggest shortcoming of him.

But it is a fact that he is 33, not 23 when I came here. Speaking of career alone, he has more to lose than I did when I came here at 23. And it is not China or HK is doing so great and US sucks, jobs there are hard to find these days, too.
