I don't like break-up senario but yours seems inevitable. No offense but your hu*****and seems to be a selfish person(even much worse than Duke!) I doubt if your going back could save your marriage and I think you and your children will suffer even more. Your only benefit part to him will be ur US citizenship,which he relies on as the Noah' Ark when he encouters adversity or China collapses. Keeping such a relationship is useless.

It seems he is not a US citizen but still want to have a backup. Why people still love eagle passport, duke? If he dares to desert your three, no mercy left for him either.

As the other person mentioned, filing a divorce here will end his hope to re-enter US, which he will regret in the rest of his life but he deserves what he gets.
