English version of the advice(part 1)

"There are a lot of young and pretty girls with decent background there, who can be very outgoing and aggressive toward you, but please keep this in mind: they are no shrinking violets. It's easy to hoop up with one but hard to get rid of her. Have you ever heard of terms of settlement for dumping her? Some of them can come up with all kinds of terms and the real tough ones can even work on local friends' nationalism with which to go after you. We are not talking about a few thousand dollars but about much more. Compared with the next scenario, the ones after money are still small case. The worst case is this: wanting to marry you and wanting to get a green card through marriage. This kind of women are very determined. Once they make up their mind, they hit the point of no return. They won't back down until they achieve their goals."
