Dear Sir or Madam,

I was upset when I was watching your video: China's Solidarity in Wake of Tragedy. Lorreta Chao was lying when she translated the interviewee's word @ 00:39-00:50 . The man said he was proud to be a Chinese. But in Chao's word, she said he was feeling helplessness.
I don't understand the reason behind Chao's skewing her interviewee's opinion. But I am sure it's not a nice one. Shame on her that she lied in front of 1.3 billion Chinese and other people who know Mandarin and English. Apparently it's also very unprofessional and like a slap on WSJ's face.
Chao doesn't have the quality of being a sympathetic and candid journalist. I hope you could correct the video asap and we demand an immediate APOLOGY. Thank you.

I am very concerned about one of your posted videos with the title "China's Solidarity in Wake of Tragedy".

There is a very big mistake in the audio comment. Ask any Chinese you know, they will tell you that the man in the video clearly said, "People all over the country are helping them. I am very proud to be a Chinese." The comment which was provided by your video is very irresponsible, it was clearly not what this man meant.

This is clearly a distortion of the truth, and I strongly demand you to fix it right away before more damage is caused. This video is widely spreading in the Chinese community right now and is damaging WSJ's image.

Please take immediate action!
