If you have the ability to manage billions of dollar,

tens of thousands of people, deal with world leaders, will you accept a 60k annual paycheck? Or you think the organization will fare better to hire a non-qualified but much cheaper labor?

This is a non-profit organization, that doesn't mean people make it work should be without proper pay. Otherwise, who will work for it, how you make it work?
