it's not a solution, just creating a condition so that hopefully people, collectively, can find a way out,

for whatever reason, the matter of fact is that economy as a whole is affected by those "hijackers" as a whioe, so while those trouble-makers get unfair slices of benefits (they always do, don't they?), the society might pay a smaller price this way after all,
