Well, I knew I would encounter a lot issues before I started.
As a matter of fact I started this piloting project in parallel with an India company. The Indian people speaks much better English, are more disciplined. I stopped the piloting with the Indian company due to their lack of enough experience after one month.
I treated my fellow Chinese much nicely. But I don’t know why they don’t appreciate it?
Here is what I learned from this piloting project”
1.Don’t trust them, even they got bunch of IT certificates and ISO 9000. and don’t trust their references.
2.They may truly know a little advanced tricks, but lack of common sense. An easy demo took multiple rounds to release. Hard to believe that those graduate from Tsinghua are such idiots! Hope they lied to me.
3.Communication skill sucks. It’s not just the English language skill. They don’t even communicate/share information inside their own company.
Too many issues, I don't have time to list all of them.

So what can I do now? if I continue working with them, I will spend way too much time to deal with those issues. Otherwise, my hard earned credential will be corrupted. I can’t afford to let my clients unhappy for too long.
I gonna stop their business after next milestone. Feel very sad and frustrating!
Thanks again everybody
