北京遭遇失败，Hague法庭决定审理南中国海争端

菲利宾就南中国海争端起诉中国，中国认为：这是有关领土的争端，不在Hague法庭的司法范围。

Hague法庭裁定： 按照联合国海洋法（the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) ， 它有权受理菲利宾的起诉。中国决定不参与，并不能剥夺它的裁决。
