Check the local info channel on TV once you get to hotel.

I've only been to Kauai and Maui. It is my experience  that there is not many Chinese restaurants there. In stead, there are lots really good Japanese restaurants. So you can go for the good seafoods or the local foods. And don't miss Luau.
