Jack Wilshere was caught short during England training as the Arsenal midfielder was filmed urinating up against a wall.
The 21-year-old, who started Friday night's 4-1 victory over Montenegro from the bench, was spotted taking a rather public toilet break as Roy Hodgson's side were put through their paces ahead of Tuesday night's qualifier.
Wilshere tried to seek cover, with England staff members - including team physiotherapist Gary Lewin - appearing to shield the midfielder. But there was no escape for the Arsenal star as his actions were caught on camera.
England face Poland at Wembley, knowing that a win will guarantee them qualification for next summer's World Cup in Brazil.
