I am really happy for you.

I've seen quite  a few people, all male, moving back to China for the hope of a faster career advancement and joined our partner in Beijing. They did move up slightly faster, but I can tell they are miserable dealing with bosses. Office politics is every where, but it is a lot worse in China, especially for women.
