It is not about China overpower Japan or vise versa. The real issue is how China faces its own history and its own mistakes, gets over the hatred, and plans to have shared future with the rest of world.
The popular Chinese saying "走自己的路，让别人无路可走" is fundamentally flawed. If China continues on this pass, instead of becoming a world power, it will only alienate the rest of world.
