i am not sure which state you are in. if the sales tax is also in that price or not. for 04 camry standard LE 4 cylinder, you can get it under 18000 for sure. for 18000, he would have rip you off, i assume you get the rebate not the low APR. if you go with low apr it is another story. on carsdirect.com, if you take the rebate, it is 18082 in zipcode 63021
carsdirect.com is not the best price here.
