把重物（洗衣机）的A侧靠着车厢后沿，靠紧。

搬起重物的B侧，既不靠车厢的一边。

B侧按A侧为中心旋转，A侧靠在车厢上不动。

待B侧升高至A,

then push B to move the subject into the VAN.

For the safety, you still need two people to work.
