备胎 TPMS monitoring

请问： Amazon上提供的 Wireless TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System with 4pcs external Sensors能用于备胎吗？

Amazon上有人认为可以；

但Amazon上又有人认为不可以，即认为the sensors only pick up a reading when the tires are spinning

请懂行的讲讲。多谢！
