the day before yesterday i had this http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/auto/484345.html.

today i decided to tackle it.

dropped the skid, quickly noticed the wires having been chewed.  pulled the loom and took this pic

 

 

took the terminal out.  the green wire was a trouble - not possible to solder.  pryed out the top end:

 

solder an extension:

 

went under the belly, and soldered the wires to where each belongs.  heat shrank all connections.  plugged the terminal to the socket

test - turned engine on, no error message. drove around, no issues.

now, i need to go home depot to get something to repel those creatures at least for tonight and next few days until i get jt eaton 709.
