说起complaint about business practice

最近就经历了一件。

四个月前换了两个电视set top box，旧的送UPS寄回去了，可是后来却扣了我300 unreturned equipment fee! 自此每个月都得打电话要钱，最后忍无可忍直接上网在state department of agriculture and  consumer services file complaint. 电信公司有个小头目才主动打来电话说要还钱。
