续: 我的２００９Camry.

 

现在我的案子状态是, 我接受了Travelers 付钱给我拿走我的车, 也就是说,　我不要这个车了.但我还没在文件上签字,　也没拖车.在赔多少的问题上,我和他们还有分歧, 我这两天太累了,写不动了. 就把给他们的信直接附上, 请九叔等几位大侠 看看我要加钱合不合理. 我去查过, $ 7100 要去买一辆 09 Camry 92K左右的车, 不是绝对买不到, 但不容易,

The reason is that  their estimate $ 5789.86 include suspension part the total is $ 913.17  if I minus this fee , balance should  below 75% or 70% of my car’svalue.  I already talked to a two shop technicians after estimating, one asked me to check alignment first , and said  the suspension is OK if the alignment result is fine. the other one said as long as I didn’t find the car go forward to one size when I do not hold the steering wheel , the suspension should be OK. So I think must likely my car  repair fee was over charged and  is not belongs to “total loss “ status “ if the suspension it OK.

 If you think the “total loss” status definitely can’t be reversed, I need to talk to you to increase the payment base on this matter .
