急问换正时带后P0016,P0300,还能开吗？

周末换了timing belt然后火花塞，顺便清洗了一下进气道，怠速10分钟没问题。

我在硅谷，不算冷，太阳刚起，8：10am发动车觉得有抖动，送孩子去学校，local，接近30迈时有点上气不接下气，10分钟后回程觉得好些，36迈没问题。冷启动是怠速1200也降到以前的650左右。温度都正常。

回来查出code，是camshaft position和random misfire。清除后原地加速到3000rpm，P0016立即出现。估计差了齿，因后面的camshaft很难看清楚。必须重做吗？是基于现在的对齿和旧皮带的漆印重做，还是要取下后手动将轮子上的金属记号手动微调一下？
