Toyoat Matrix 2006 尾气管修理

尾气管前段与后段法兰连接处的管子完全锈断了，车行要价200块，于是自己动手了。

所需材料：

  • 管子大小头（adaptor , Canadian Tires, or Auto Parts 有售）
  • Split Fanges for exhaust pipes (Exhaust Direct Ltd, London ON 网上有售）

所需工具：

  • Reciprocating saw,
  • steel wire brush with drill

修理过程如下图示。

由于车下面空间有限，身手局促，有适手的工具很重要。我在锯尾气管时只有4.5" grinder, 不能把管子完全锯断，余下的1/3
