pickup truck or small suv?

家里的honda crv快退休了， 下一俩车想买个pickup truck or small suv. the budget is about 40K or less.

现在的想法是BMWX3， or audi x5(?), or honda/t0yato pickup truck?

it's for every day commute to work, and surfing board/kayak/hiking gears for weekends. prefer 4-wheel driven.

not a handy person, so prefer little maintanence，and prefer new car. gas consumption is not a concern.
