2000 Honda Accord Engine running rough with code P0080,P0200,P03

2000 Accord EX V6 199,000 miles.

Engine run rough ( the car was shaking a bit ) with code P0080,P0200,P0300,P0305 and P0306.

P0300,P0305 and P0306 are related to engine misfire.

The bad one could be identified by disconnecting wire to ignition coil while it's running.

(Please note: 2000 V6 is ignition coil but spark plug wire ).

The good one: engine runs the worse while the wire is disconnected

The bad one: engine run unchange. ( there are how-to videos on youtube).

The number 2 of ignition coil was bad. The part is from ebay. 

Actually, this is the second time. The first time was about 2 months ago. 

Back then, I was wondering if all ignition coils should be replaced given one of them was bad. Now I am going to replace the reminding ones.
