Yours is 6.7 V, You need slow charge to 11.7V, it may take minutes or hours, when battery voltage higher than 11.7V, you can use car or other devices fast charge it.

The battery start current test should do on a (fully) charged battery (12.6V). Otherwise the result is miss leading.
