my car makes a clunk noise when I make a right turn

it only happens since this morning. it still turns smoothly (so it's not an axle problem) but the noise makes me concerned. it sounds very dry like I have to fill in some oils,

occasionally when I hit brake once, the noise came up. I heard the same clunking noise twice this morning after I completely parked my car, turned off the engine then took the key out.

could be bearings, joints or arms? this vehicle is still under warranty. piece of junks anyhoo.
