帮忙看看我的车怎么了

my car hazard lights were on for a while and then my car wouldn't start after that. Someone had to give me a jump. this was like two weeks ago. but in general now my car has just a little trouble starting after i use my blinkers for even a short period. is this just a battery problem? My car is 2010 Toyota corolla.
