上次打开valve cover 发现有些sludge, 所以造成油压低. 想装一个油压表, 有人装过吗? 有人知道oil sending unit (oil pressure sensor)在哪吗, 一直没找到, 有图最好. 不太认为sensor坏了, idle时灯不亮, 上路开一会儿会闪, 最后长亮. 以下是我能想到的一些修理办法.

 

1. engine flush

2. install a new oil pump, anyone know where is the pump, in crankcase? I know it's not in the oil pan.

But I would like to install an oil pressure gauge first then I will know how low the pressure is and if it gets fixed after certain works.

Any suggestions?
