New Car Paint Scratched

Bad luck yesterday at a stop sign with all ice on road - could not stop although driving pretty slow. Tried to avoid hitting the car in front by steering away to the curb but my car's rear-left end still bumped into the other car slightly. My car got two spots scratched at the rear-left end below the light -- the other car is OK without visible signs of damage.
Question: do I have to go to the dealer to take care of the scratched  paints (no dent, just scratched)? or find a small shop to do this? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
