2001 Honda Odyssey 150k misfires

Today I felt the car shakes like running over some small debris for a few minutes on freeway. Exit and pull over, and see check engine light on.

I have a OBDII scanner and hook up with my phone, scanned code P300-306 and P0132. Cylinder 1-6 misfires, and O2 sensor voltage high. Also there is a "pending fault code" P1399.

Anyone know what kind of repair is needed? Thanks!
