P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low B1S2

朋友的车，2003 Camry LE 4 Cyl.  Check Engine Light on, 我用OBD-II 读出P0037 (downstream O2 sensor heater control circuit low).

朋友不handy, 我也不handy。我知道换这个O2 sensor要卸下座椅什么的很烦。我建议他们去车行前先看看保险丝，但不知怎么找那个保险丝。望大侠们支招。

对了，我用的ODB-II scanner 是这个样子的，用Bluetooth, 在Android 手机或pad上装个Torque App就能看，比从前有线的方便多了。
