Yes, if Px033 and other misfire codes are pending - means intermittent so you can drive the car to a shop or a dealer; 
No, if the codes are Not pending - could cause car to lose power; anyhow, fix it ASAP. If just the sensor, hoping the cost = sensor (denso from dealer could be around $200)+labor(1hour) so could be around $300 or less.
