Since I didn't get a "certificate of title", so I need to take the letter and the document "notice of security interest filing (SIF)" I received from the mail to my local DMV to apply for a "Certificate of Title". I can't do it in the new state that I am moving to, b/c all my car records are in my local state DMV.
