Yes, my car radio suddenly turn on or off since 2010(?).

I googled this problem, which is design defects and Honda issued recall for cars(<7 years or 100,000 miles). But when I found this news, my car was un-qualified. As for voltage, I think it is fine, which is 12.6V at OFF and 14.8v a ON.
