try HIGH SPEED BALANCE

Most of the tire shops only perform low speed (<25m/h) balancing.  Symptom is steering wheel shakes around 60m/h but car drives fine below and above.  Go to a specialized shop and ask for high speed balance.  I went to Les Schwab in SFBA and it turned out all four were out of balance.
