换engine oil后 - 噪音问题

换engine oil后，车engine盖子下右边发出有节奏的彭彭声，听起来象motorcycle的声
音，但音量小些。有懂行的知道会是what problem吗？

The car didn't have this kind of noise before oil change, is it pos*****ile
that some damage was done during the oil change?
